I started Mirror Health in 2024 — after years spanning inpatient, outpatient, and substance-use care — to practice mental health the way I believe it should be: with real time and attention for each person

The name Mirror Health comes from a simple truth: we are, in many ways, reflections of our environment. Mirror neurons — the cells that let us empathize with, learn from, and resonate with the people around us — suggest we're designed for connection.
Mirror Health aims to be a compassionate space where you can explore those reflections and transform them into a clearer, more empowered version of yourself.
