New patients
Mirror Health is a fully virtual practice. Here's how visits work, who we can see, and what it costs — with a simple path to your first appointment
How virtual visits work
Every visit happens by secure video through Charm, our HIPAA-compliant health record — with prescriptions sent electronically to your pharmacy. No commute, no waiting room
Book online, or call the clinic — initial visits run about an hour
Connect from home on Charm: private, secure, and simple
We look at the whole picture and shape a plan around your goals
Follow-ups, medication management, and resources — coordinated in one place
Who we can see
You'll need to be physically located in one of our licensed states at the time of your visit.
Please note: Mirror Health does not provide court-ordered, forensic, legal, or disability evaluations.
Office hours
Fees & insurance
We take insurance through Headway and Alma, and offer straightforward self-pay rates. Visits are often FSA/HSA eligible — just ask for a receipt or superbill
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, a superbill can often earn partial reimbursement and count toward your out-of-network deductible
