Getting started

Mirror Health is a fully virtual practice. Here's how visits work, who we can see, and what it costs — with a simple path to your first appointment

How virtual visits work

Care from wherever you are

Every visit happens by secure video through Charm, our HIPAA-compliant health record — with prescriptions sent electronically to your pharmacy. No commute, no waiting room

  1. Schedule your first visit

Book online, or call the clinic — initial visits run about an hour

  2. Meet by video

Connect from home on Charm: private, secure, and simple

  3. Build your plan together

We look at the whole picture and shape a plan around your goals

What it costs

We take insurance through Headway and Alma, and offer straightforward self-pay rates. Visits are often FSA/HSA eligible — just ask for a receipt or superbill

Initial visit · self-pay$275 · ~60 min
Follow-up · self-pay$175 · ~30 min
FSA / HSAEligible — ask for a superbill

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, a superbill can often earn partial reimbursement and count toward your out-of-network deductible
