What we treat

Clinical pathways

Structured, personalized care for the concerns we treat most — each pathway pairs medication management with therapy resources and holistic assessment, shaped around your goals

How a pathway works

A holistic plan, customized to you

Every pathway takes a holistic, customized approach to what you want to work on. Each pairs the same core elements with an assessment that looks well beyond symptoms

Medication management

Evidence-based prescribing when it helps — started thoughtfully, reviewed often, and never the whole plan on its own

Therapy workbook

Structured exercises to use between visits, so progress continues outside the appointment

Holistic assessment

We assess and support the domains that shape mental health together — not just the diagnosis

We look at: Physical — diet & exercise Substance — drugs & alcohol Media consumption Social health Spiritual health
Your plan, your call

You steer it

We provide the ship — you steer it. You can opt out of any part of a pathway, or set your own goals outside of one entirely. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all, and the plan is always yours.

Concerns we treat

I

Mood

Low mood is rarely just one thing. Depression can grow out of physical health, environment, relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves — so we look at all of them, not brain chemistry alone. For bipolar disorder, care means steadying the swings between depression and elevated mood while protecting the life you're building. Treatment blends medication, practical skills, and honest attention to sleep, routine, and the forces around you.

II

Anxiety

Anxiety isn't something to erase entirely — some of it is useful. The goal is to change your relationship to anxious thoughts: to meet them with steadiness rather than fighting or fleeing them, so they stop running the show. We combine medication, where it helps, with concrete skills for managing worry, panic, and the physical side of anxiety.

III

OCD & Scrupulosity

Obsessive-compulsive disorder traps people in cycles of intrusive thoughts and the compulsions meant to neutralize them. Scrupulosity is OCD aimed at faith and morality — relentless doubt about sin, purity, or whether you've done enough — and it responds to the same evidence-based care, not to more reassurance. Treatment centers on exposure and response prevention (ERP) and medication where appropriate, with respect for the spiritual life the disorder has hijacked.

IV

Attention & ADHD

Focus and follow-through are harder than ever in a world engineered for distraction. We assess attention carefully — distinguishing true ADHD from stress, sleep, mood, and the pull of screens — before settling on a plan. Care may include medication, structure and skills, and honest attention to the media habits that quietly erode focus.

V

Addiction

Addiction is treated here without judgment and without shame — as a health condition, not a moral failing. Care meets you where you are, whether the struggle is with a substance or a behavior that has taken on a life of its own.

Behavioral addictions are a growing concern — gambling especially, in an era of legalized, always-on sports betting — and they respond to a combination of medication and behavioral treatment.

Honest about the limits

When virtual care isn't the right fit

Virtual mental health care has widened access to help — but it isn't the optimal approach for every person or every condition. When a higher level of care or in-person treatment would serve you better, we'll tell you plainly and help point you toward the right specialized services.
